Gerald and Zhi Xin wanted a unique and highly memorable pre-wedding photography shoot in Singapore. As avid Disney fans, it was no wonder that they asked for a mermaid-inspired theme shoot. Asked why of all the Disney themes, they chose this theme and their answer was simple: “It’s romantic.”
Last October 2015, Miss Tam Chiak or Maureen Ow married her prince in a beautiful wedding held at UNA at One Rochester. As expected, our favorite Singapore food blogger made impeccable choices for her special day starting with a fun and inspiring vintage carnival theme and Styled Story had the honour to style it for her!
Fairy lights, dainty flowers and old musky books… a celebration of love and marriage was the amazing choice for the wedding of Joerg and Mala. And what a beautiful event it was at the Raffles House at Fort Canning Park.
Back in August last year, we had the honour to style the pre-wedding shoot of Singapore Food Blogger, Maureen, from Misstamchiak.com. Maureen was a uni-mate of our stylist, Li Yi, and both of them were thrilled to reunite and work together again on this photoshoot.

Back in March, we were invited to give a hand on the solemnisation ceremony of a very talented couple. They wanted a vintage musical themed wedding and that is very apt and fitting since the groom, Kelvin, is a talented drummer and the bride, Michelle, is a keyboardist. Such a lovely pair, these two!
In April, we had the chance to be part of Ser Xing and Yueh Phern’s wonderful wedding engagement at The Marmalade Pantry at The Stables! The gorgeous couple wanted something different for their engagement and requested to make it more intimate for their family and friends.
It was a beautiful, glorious day in Singapore when Jeremy and Amy tied the knot at Rider’s Cafe in Fairway Drive. The rustic setting of the cafe could not have been more perfect with the lust surroundings, quiet ambiance, and magnificent horses, creating an almost surreal 1940s whimsical colonial throwback that charmed everyone to bits.
We aspired to to create a portfolio for couples planning a wedding here in Singapore and decided on the theme “Classic European Romance”. We aimed to capture the elegance of a bygone era in this styled shoot. Below is one of the three looks we styled – enjoy!
